A Bananimal is a fictional animal, created by splicing two words together in a funny way that sounds right!

So what's a Whalephant? Whale + Elephant = Whalephant.

or a Croctopus? Crocodile + Octopus = Croctopus.

Now that you know about them, you'll have endless fun inventing all sorts of fun characters! And when you do come up with a good one, you can upload it right here, as a simple Idea for others to build on, or as a full drawing!

Remember, a Bananimal does not have to be mix of two animals, it can be more, or even a mix with something else!, so Kangorilladile, Eskimole and Astronoceros are all ok!
